Getting into the gym and starting your health and fitness journey does not have to be something you do alone! We have the community, support, and people here to help you! We have our main trainer Olivia Jones (ACE CPT), And Kalina Raboin (ACE CPT) here to help you with your fitness journey at a professional level. They program your workouts to YOU. Your needs are special to you, and they make sure your program fits your needs. 1:1 in person sessions with our trainers are $40.00 per session, along with your Daily Grind Membership.
